Universe of mind

A never ending story of your exploration.

What is universal peace? Do we really know?

There are lots of questions in my mind today, some are emotional and some logical. I do not know what makes me think about it. I do not know why it inspires me to think. But somewhere inside me, there is something which makes me want to explore.

Often, I feel this energy and I realize there is a lot more to do in life. Maybe it is difficult to find the source of this self-driven force. Because when I try to look and catch it , it quickly flies away from me like a butterfly. Probably, that world exists beyond my subconscious mind.

I frequently experience a sense of fulfilment when I follow my heart. But, again it makes me wonder why is it like that? While pursuing my Masters degree, I read a book called “The Futuristic mind”. The different insights I gained from that book where those I had never even thought about. The book is centered around the evolution of the human mind and technology. One thing I definitely learnt was that the universe of our mind keeps growing parallelly with the real universe. And that is exactly what makes us a unique person.

But is it really possible to understand the universe? Rather, should we really try to understand it? These are the most important questions that trigger the human race and makes it run behind them. I was personally curious to find the answer behind it. The journey of self-exploration lead me through very dramatic stages of life, where some can be explained while others cannot. I do not want to categorize them into good or bad buckets because, in the end, they are part of my universe. There is a beautiful memory in my mind from my childhood. I was traveling alone in a bus at the age of seven. My height was not enough to reach the window of the bus. Hence, I could only see trees lagging behind with time and I was thinking that the trees are God in disguise, looking at me and guiding me to my destination. I could see the infinite sky behind them which I imagined as my home. Till date, I wonder where that thought came from because no one had ever taught me that.

The journey of self-exploration can be never ending but one thing I definitely understand is that there is something which works for you, which drives you to another end of the river. Although it is close to my heart, it cannot be explained. There are infinite references that prove everything starts with zero and ends with zero. Often, I try to relate the same way — the most difficult thing in the world is the easiest one. Not understanding things will teach you how to understand it. Think of babies starting to walk for the first time on their own legs when they don’t even understand the logic behind it. I feel the universe of mind is in the same way.

Human technology is at its peak today — An organization like NASA and so many more are trying to explore the universe and solve the unsolved question of the universe. But even without using these technologies we are constantly moving in the universe with some juggernaut force coming from the genesis. The most powerful thing which connects me to this force is “ belief “. I do not know where this energy comes from but my belief makes me connect to it. My belief helps me to control this source of energy even without understanding the source of it.

I believe “belief” is “Universe” of our mind.
